A picture of me (Juniper Katz) in front of a gray wall

I’m an Assistant Professor of Public Policy at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. My primary areas of research include policy feedback and the formative effects of policy in natural resource management settings. I also research nonprofit management and leadership topics.

My experience as an executive director of a conservation organization informs my teaching in environmental policy, organizational management and behavior, and nonprofit management courses.
